VISTA MEMBER ADDRESSES MCHENRY ROTARY ON LOCAL FOOD BANK

                The McHenry Rotary Club welcomed guest speaker, Jennifer Lesh, a Vista volunteer working with the Northern Illinois Food Bank serving Lake and McHenry Counties.  She especially noted a fund raising run planned for the month of May which will also raise awareness of the efforts of the organization to “feed our hungry neighbors.”  Vista members make a year-long, full-time commitement to serve on a specific project at a nonprofit organization or agency.   She addressed the McHenry Rotary Club at its regular meeting, Thursday, March 26th, noon, at the VFW in McHenry.  (Photograph of Jennifer Lesh by Bill McLemore.)
