ROTARIANS HEAR “GHOST STORY” FROM SPRING GROVE FIRE CHIEF

The Rotary Club of McHenry welcomed Rich Tobiasz, Fire Chief of Spring Grove, to its Halloween Day meeting.
Tobiasz is known through McHenry County as an avid story teller and spoke to the club on the art of spinning yarns. He noted how stories differ from factual accounts of events. He concluded with a chilling tale entitled “Row 21 – A and B” about a farmer and a mysterious woman in his life that only showed up for Halloween dances.
