ROTARIAN HONORED AS A “PAUL HARRIS FELLOW”

Ronald Newman, who joined our McHenry Rotary Club in September 2011, was honored with the award as a “Paul Harris Fellow” at the January 16, 2014 meeting of his club in the Polish Legion of American Veterans Post on North Park Street in McHenry.
Phil Bartmann, Rotary Foundation chair, asked the Rev. William P. “Bill” McLemore, Past-District Governor, to make the presentation. Bill noted that this award represents a $1,000 contribution to the Rotary International Foundation and his presented to persons who have distinguished themselves in the community or Rotary service.
