President Webb  delegated opening tasks to Mike Hein who lead us in the Pledge, Donna Schaefer -  the 4-way test, Don Weingart the song and  Bill McLemore said the Prayer. We had lots of visitors today and sang Happy Birthday to Lori Lowe.

BB&B  Report.   We have received sponsor checks from Ace Hardware and Drs. Peterson & Janata.  Sponsor Brochures with envelopes were passed out to all, see Kathy of yours truly if you need some.  

 

St. Pat’s Parade  Ron Newman needs help Sunday to carry our banner.  Call him or Sweeney if you can walk the Parade.

Mystery Hand shaker-   Jim Vyduna

Happy Dollars  Mayor Sue had $5 for St. Baldrick’s,  Brewer for the Pets training last weekend, Bill for going to Le Vichyssois for Lori’s B.D. and discovering what a Butt Steak is,  Lori for Roses and the Dinner on her special day,  Vyduna for not having to have lunch with us for the next two weeks because he will be in Vail and Canada,  Yours truly for Mary T. getting her head shaved at the middle school for St. Baldrick’s and for heading to meet with the Crystal Lake Brew Club tonight.   

Fun & Frolics  Donna’s theme was very appropriate as she used St. Baldrick’s as her theme and the Shave is tonight at west campus. So far 672 signed up to be shaved with over $170,000 raised. Overall 127 Mil. Has been raised since 2000 to help the 175, 000 children a year that are diagnosed to cancer.    

Program     Mike Roberts – Superintendent  of McHenry High School District 156 informed us on the state of the District.   See the attached story by Bill McLemore.

 

 50/50    Sue had the ticket but no luck.
