Johnsburg High School is a public High School in Johnsburg, Illinois (Johnsburg School District 12).  The Skyhawks are known for many great accomplishments such as playing in the recent Illinois State football championship game.  Adding to their many accomplishments, the Skyhawks made the Advanced Placement® “honor roll” consisting of the 433 school districts in the United States of America and Canada. To do so the Skyhawks had to simultaneously achieve increases in access to Advanced Placement® courses for a broader number of students and also maintain or improve the rate at which their AP® students earned scores of 3 or higher on an AP Exam.  A score of 3 or higher facilitates earning college credit and/or advanced placement in colleges and universities throughout the United States (and other countries).
