Association for Individual Development
On Thursday, June 1, 2017, Wayne S. Jett (Mayor of McHenry) and Derik Morefield (McHenry’s City Administrator) were guests of the Rotary Club of McHenry. During this regular Club meeting, Lynn O'Shea (President/CEO of the Association for Individual Development (AID)) and Bob Zima (Director of AID-McHenry Behavioral Health Services) presented the Association for Individual Development. For 54 years AID has provided services to individuals who have developmental, physical and/or mental disabilities, those who have suffered a trauma or those at risk. AID’s service areas in McHenry County included Algonquin, Cary, Harvard (beginning on May 25, 2017), Huntley, McHenry and Woodstock (with plans for expansion).
